Click on the "Log In" link from Menubar at the top right of the page then click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button and follow the registration process.

You may also register as a new customer when you 'Checkout' - here, you select "Register" option and continue with the Registration process.

On the top right corner you will find there is a link named "Log In". Click on the link to go to the Login page where you will login.

If you are sure that it is not a Login/ Password issue. Then it could be a problem with your browser's "cookies", which are small pieces of information remembered by your computer, such as your Login details. If you require our support, please send us and email to admin@naturalmedicine-shop.com with details of your query.

At the Login page there is a link called "Forgot your Password?", click on the link to go to the Forgot password page. You can now key in your Email Address which you used to register an accoutn with us and click on the Submit button. Your password will be sent to your email address. If you simply can't remember any login information, then Click here to create a new account.

Login to your account and you can edit your details there.
