Q1. What payment methods do you accept?

Q3. Is your site secure for Credit Card purchases?
Absolutely, 100% Yes. In fact more secure than if you use your credit card in a retail shop. All sensitive information you send us is encrypted in transit. If someone somehow attempts to read the sensitive information you send us then all they see is an unreadable (garbled) message. The technology we use is called "Digital Security Certificates", provided by one of the most established Certification Authorities worldwide called Comodo.
We secure our servers using best-practice software and networking technologies to prevent unauthorised access (called "hacking") to our servers.
We do not store your credit card details anywhere on our systems.
Q4. Can I change payment method in an order I've already submitted?
We are only able to change your selected payment method if you have selected the Bank Deposit as payment option. This option allows you to Check-out without paying.
Should you have a change of mind and prefer a different payment option, within 4 days from the date you place the order, please contact our customer service by calling 1800 339 890 or send us an email to customerservice@naturalmedicine-shop.com with your Order number and we will help you with your change.
Q5. Do your prices include GST?
We are an Australian Company and therefore all our items' prices include GST on sales to customers ordering from Australia. We will email a Tax Invoice to your nominated email address (as entered into the "Bill to" address details). We do not email any Tax Invoices, picking slips, confirmations or anything other communications to the email address notified in the "ship to" address.
Q6. On my checkout screen there is a field for a Discount Codes. What is this and how do I get one?
From time to time we run certain promotions where we give out coupons. These may be for promotions like free shipping or a discount on your order. You can check out what promotions are available at the shop Homepage and ON SPECIAL category.

Q7. How long does it take to confirm my payment?
It is our policy not to ship any items until payment is confirmed. Payments by BPAY or Direct Deposit may take up to 3 days to confirm.
Payments made by Credit card and Paypal will be confirmed immediately. In very rare circumstances our Bank may ask us to get further verification on Credit Card payments from you. This will take the form of a refund to your Credit Card statement which we will require you to confirm back to us. This process is designed to prevent the unauthorized use of your Credit Card. This usually only takes a day to come through and then we will ensure your order is pushed to the front of the picking queue so that you do not encounter delays as a result of this verification process.
Once you payment is confirmed, we will start packing and sending your order.
