FAQs - Order

Q1. How do I order?

Ordering process is as simple as a two stage process:

Adding product(s) to Cart: browse through our product range, clicking on the Category list on the top and/ or left of the page and clicking through to the products that look interesting to you. When you find products you would like to order then click on the "Add To Cart" button for the product.

Checking out: when you are done putting products into your Cart, click on the Checkout link in the Menubar shown on most pages on the top right or click on My cart and then continue with the Proceed to Checkout button on there. The website will then lead you securely though the process of providing delivery and payment details.

Q2. Can I order on this online shop and then come in and pay for it and pick it up?

Orders placed through the online shop are only picked once they are paid for in full and approved. If you order through the online shop and then come to pick it up it will not be ready and waiting for you. If you want to do the pickup, you will need to check with us to have our confirmation before coming in.

Q3. Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?

Once your order is placed it goes to our Finance team for review and then is sent electronically to our warehouse people for pick, pack and shipping.

Until your order is submitted to the warehouse we can make changes to it, but unfortunately after this point we cannot change or cancel it.

If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please call us immediately (or if you order out of our business hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm Sydney time - then call as soon as we reopen) on 1800 339 890 and hopefully we will be able to accommodate your request before the order is submitted for despatch.

Please DO NOT EMAIL us with your request, as it is quite possible that your email will not be opened prior to the order being submitted to the warehouse

Q4. How to get a Tax Invoice?

Once your order has been approved by our Finance team, you will receive an email, with your Tax Invoice details, to your registered billing email address. Should you require another copy simply Log In to your account and your orders will be displayed and you can print it from there.

Q5. I received a different item to what I ordered, what do I do?

Firstly, we are sincerely sorry! Please contact us at 1800 339 890 or send us an email to with your order number, a description of the what you ordered and what you actually received in error and we will resolve this mistake.

Q6. How can I see my previous orders?

All orders placed after that date can be viewed in your "My Account" section. Simply Log In and all your orders will be visible.
